You can select to collect goods from our warehouse if you want to save the cost of our delivery charges.
Once you have paid for your order, we will contact you to confirm your item/s are ready for collection. If it is a small item, then it can be collected from our Esher Shop. Larger Heavy items need to be collected from our Warehouse that is unmanned so it will take some Planning and Management.
Please allow a minimum of 24 hours from purchase and do not just turn up as items are not always stored in the same location and we may need some time to get your order ready.
When goods are collected from either our shop or Warehouse, they will be unwrapped and checked with you or your representative. Please do ensure they are checked properly at the time of collection and you are happy before they are removed from our property. No returns, damages, or shortages will be accepted once the goods have been taken away by you or your carrier.
We respectfully request that whoever comes to collect from us, be prepared to carry the item to their vehicle as the staff who run the shop are not delivery/removal staff so can not be expected to lift and carry heavy items down the street, that is what we have an excellent paid delivery service for.
Please also remember that Collections are not subject to the distance Trading Regulation so won’t be able to be returned due to ‘unsuitability’ because they have been viewed at the time of collection.
We appreciate that no one likes to pay additional delivery charge when they make a purchase, but sometimes saving a few pounds is not worth the hassle rather than paying for our experienced and well trained delivery men to do the work for you. Think of what else you can do with that time….and the back !
