Returns & Refunds

We are currently operating under Covid-19 restrictions and returns are not easy to deal with, so if there is any doubt whether an item will be suitable then we would rather you not buy it at this time. As a small family business operating multiple retail shops over the last 10 years, returns are not something we are used to or have had to deal with, so a massive influx of returns will break our systems and put unnecessary stress on the business that we don’t need at this time.

In the event that you have a genuine reason to return and are not entirely happy with an item that you have received from us and wish to return it under the distance trading regulation then please reach out to us within 5 days of the date you received your order at sales@nordicstyle.com letting us know the reason for your return and that you will be sending the item back.

 

Returns of Small Items

For small items sent out by courier we will ask you to return the unopened and unused items to The Old Post House, 81 High Street, KT10 9QA. Once the items have arrived, been quarantined for 5 days due to Covid, we will then check and issue a refund less the outward delivery charge within 7 working days.

You will be responsible for any return postage costs and we are unable to refund your original delivery charge.

 

Returns of Large Items

You can return larger items that were delivered on our own van if you are not entirely happy, but to avoid additional costs please send the items away before the driver leaves and you will then only pay the original delivery charge.

If our driver leaves and you still wish to return an item we can arrange for our driver to return to collect the item from you when we can next cost effectively get back to your address.

There will be a collection fee that you will be liable for and we are unable to refund your original delivery charge.

If you live a long distance away from our Surrey Warehouse (Cornwall, Northern Ireland, Yorkshire, Scotland, Norwich ect) you may receive your delivery on a sub-contracted vehicle, this is so we can get your order to you cost effectively, safely and promptly. If this is the case then you can not send the item back with the driver who delivered it to you.  You will need to take delivery of your order and then ask us to collect it on a separate vehicle – incurring both an outward delivery and collection charge.  Worth considering before ordering and you can ask us if we will send your order on our own van or sub-contracted vehicle so you know the procedure if you do not like the item when it arrives.
