Collections: Once you have paid for your order we will contact you to confirm your item/s are ready for collection. Please allow a minimum of 24 hours and do not just turn up as items are not always stored in the same location and we may need some time to get your order ready. Orders must be collected within 7 days as we are often very short on storage space. Any items not collected within this timeframe will be delivered to you at our standard delivery rates shown on our website. If you do not think you will be able to carry your item/s from our shop to your vehicle by yourself we politely ask that you bring somebody with you to help as the shop is most likely to be single manned.
Please note, once you have checked and signed for your items on collection we will no longer be able to accept them back due to unsuitability under the distance trading regulation.
