Nordic Style Wholesale Trading Terms
- Nordic Style Wholesale is a trading name of Named Boxes Ltd, Company Registration 10300511, a UK registered and based company.
- Nordic Style Wholesale supplies retailers, known as ‘resellers’, who sell our products on to the end user. We are a wholesale business that supplies other businesses, retail terms and conditions do not apply.
- Minimum order value for new customers is £1500 plus VAT, after first orders a minimum order value of £800 is acceptable.
- Payment via BACS, debit card, or cash for no extra charge. Credit Cards and Amex attract a 3% uplift.
- Orders can be placed in person at trade shows, outside of trade shows all orders are to be placed online.
- Once an order has been dispatched a 50% cancellation charge will apply should you change your mind and wish to amend or cancel.
- We aim to deliver stock items within 15 working days of receiving an order. Items not in stock will take longer.
- We are a B to B Wholesale Business and are unable to accept returns or exchanges on wholesale orders.
- Should you receive damaged goods then they must be reported in writing, email to info@nordicstylelondon.com within 2 working days, including photographs clearly showing the issue. The team will advise how best to resolve. Claims received after 2 working days will not be accepted. Damaged goods must be in their original packaging and are subject to a full inspection before any decision is made regarding a credit note.
- Our painted furniture products may vary in colour from batch to batch, but we do endeavour to maintain consistency. Handles, Hinges and other Furniture Accessories may be swapped for alternatives if the ones used in the photograph are no longer available from the trade.
- We may occasionally alter or slightly change the design of items, we cannot accept these as faults. The majority of our furniture is handmade and therefore sizes are only offered as a guide. We reserve the right to change specification without prior notice and you must allow for machine tolerance from batch to batch.
- All prices quoted in our Wholesale Literature or once logged in to our website exclude VAT which will be charged at 20%.
- Title to goods shall only pass when Named Boxes Ltd has received cleared funds in full.
- We can arrange deliveries to Scotland, Wales, Northern Ireland, Eire and other overseas countries, please email for a quote.
- Please note our insurance only covers us for one-man delivery to a loading bay or front door and does not extend to moving items inside your property. Therefore, we are not liable for any damages caused if you ask our drivers to carry stock inside your premises.
- The majority of our furniture is fully assembled cabinet built, so it’s vital that access points are measured in advance of your delivery. If the driver thinks it is not possible to get a delivery safely to where you would like it then they may ask to leave the item in a safe and convenient alternative location. Goods will not be taken back or refunded if they do not fit where they have been purchased for.
- Whilst we demand the highest standards of build quality for our products, we accept no liability for faults or defects occurring within commercial/contract/catering environments.

- Every effort is made to publish accurate pictures, specifications and pictures in our literature. However, we take no responsibility for printing errors should they occur.
